John Charles Connon passed away on Monday, December 8th, 2025. In the loving care of the staff in the Plunkett home, Boyle.
Predeceased by his wife Celine.
Sadly missed by his children John, Evan, Fiona, Dearbhail, June, and Sara, his grandchildren and extended family.

John Charles will repose at The Heritage Centre, Chapel of Rest, Carrick on Shannon (N41 KP62) on Wednesday, December 10th, from 5 pm to 7 pm. Funeral mass on Thursday, December 11th in St. Mary’s Church, Carrick on Shannon at 1 pm, followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 3:30 pm.
