Jane Amooty (nee D’arcy) died on Sunday, April 14th, 2024 peacefully in Mullingar Regional Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her parents; sister Josephine and brother Tom.

Jane will be sadly missed and always remembered by her family, her dear husband Seameen (Jimmy), son Karole, daughters; Denise and Michelle, sons-in-law; Simon and Norman, daughter-in-law Heidy, her adored grandchildren and great- grandchildren; Chad, Shaka, Michael, Brian, Christopher, Jacob, Emily, Lily, Amy, Noah and Cohen, brother Kieran (Creggan), sisters; Mary (London), Bridie (Cloonrallagh), and Patty (Ferbane), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and dear friends.

Jane will repose in her home on Tuesday 16th from 5pm until 8pm.

Removal on Wednesday 17th to arrive to St. Mary's Church, Newtownforbes for Funeral Mass at 11am, following Mass, Jane will be laid to rest in the local cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society, c/o Connell Funeral Directors or any family member.
