James (Jimmy) O’ Reilly passed away on Thursday, 6th of November 2025. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the tender loving care of the Doctors, Nurses and staff at Lough Erril Nursing Home, Mohill
Pre-deceased by his wife Sheelah (née McVeigh)
Sadly missed by his loving family, sons Pat (Carrick-on-Shannon), Charlie (U.S.A), Billy (London), Christopher (Drumshanbo), daughters Noreen (Keadue) and Emer (Dublin),son-in-law Aengus, daughter-in-law Melanie, grandchildren Roy, Cian, Colm, Janelle, Jack, Liam, Matthew, Isobel, Oliver and Arlo, sister-in-law Bella (Liverpool), extended family, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Jimmy will repose at The Heritage Centre, Chapel of Rest, Church Lane, Carrick-on-Shannon (N41 KP62) on Sunday 9th November from 4.pm until 6.pm
followed by removal to St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon arriving at 7 o’clock. Mass of Christian burial on Monday 10th November at 11 o’clock in St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon
followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery
