Predeceased by his parents John Francis and Bridget.
Hugh Patrick will be sadly missed by his loving wife Mary Theresa, daughters Sinéad, Karen, Louise & Aisling. Sister Mary Kate, sons-in-law Colm, Graeme & Aaron, his adored grand-daughters Aoibheann, Emily, Orlaith & Lucy. Nieces Geraldine & Mairead, nephew Shane, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, extended family, relatives, neighbours & friends

Reposing at Smith's Funeral Home, High St., Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim N41 TD62 on Tuesday evening from 6pm until 8pm. Removal from his home on Wednesday morning to arrive at St. Brigid's Church, Corraleehan for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
