Hugh Patrick (Bertie) Creamer died on Wednesday, 3rd December. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his mother Anne (Dunn) his father Hugh, his brothers; Chris and Jackie.
Sadly missed by his loving and devoted wife Philomena, daughters; Anne (John), Caroline and his beloved granddaughter Grace. Remembered by his brothers; PJ (Madeleine), Des (Margaret), his sisters; Cepta (O Dowd), Anne (Liam Rosemond), Mary (Philip Dolan). Deeply regretted by his nieces, nephews, extended family and neighbours. Much missed by his many friends in London.
Reposing at his residence in Bornacoola tomorrow, Thursday from 4pm to 7pm. House strictly private at all other times please. Funeral mass on Friday afternoon at 2.30pm in St. Patrick's Church, Kilnavart, Co Cavan followed by private cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
