Georgieena Devine (Nee Tynan) died on Wednesday, 22nd July 2026. Peacefully, after a courageous illness, in the tender care of the staff of St. Joseph's Ward, University Hospital Galway.
Predeceased by her mother Winnie Tynan, brother Michael, and sister Kathleen. Beloved wife of Pius (Snr.) and much-loved mother of Donna, Pius (Patrick), Seán, Michael and Bobby.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her heartbroken husband, daughter, sons, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, her cherished grandchildren; Jacob, Mia, Calum, Michaela, Conn, Ella, Cormac, Faye, Evan, Patrick her father John, brothers, sisters, extended family, neighbours and many friends.
Remains reposing at the Strand Funeral home on Friday evening from 4pm, with removal at 5.30pm, to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Coosan, arriving at 6pm.
Mass of the resurrection on Saturday morning at 10.30am, followed by burial in Coosan cemetery.
