George Lavin died on Friday, 1st August peacefully, in the tender care of the staff of Arus Carolan, Mohill, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his mother Mary, father Charlie, brother Cha, and sister Kay.
Sadly missed by his sisters; Attracta (Millar), Maura (Flynn), and Lily, brothers; Paddy and Mickey. Remembered by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Deeply regretted by his nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at the Sacred Heart Church, Jamestown (N41 FP82) on Sunday 3rd August from 5pm – 7pm, followed by prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Monday 4th August at 11am. George will be laid to rest afterwards in Jamestown Cemetery.
