Esther died peacefully surrounded by her heartbroken family, on Saturday July 19th 2025 in the home of her daughter Bridie, Vienna Lodge, Bundoon, Co. Longford.
Predeceased by her beloved Husband, Lois, Sisters; Bridie and Melda, Brother, Tommy and Grandmother, Bridget Heslin.
Esther will be sadly missed and forever loved by her family; Daughters; Bridie and Esther, Sons; Alois, Ronald and Albert, her Sister, Nora (USA), Daughters-in-law; Pat and Monica, Son-in-law, John, her adored Grandchildren; Paula, John, Fiona, Cormac, Karen,Ciarán, Aisling, Ian, Karl, Saorlaith, Diarmaid, Sarah and Cian, also her Great-Grandchildren; Leon, Louis, Tom, Emma, Elsie, Stephanie, Arlo, Cillian, Michael, Maliyah, Saoirse and Jack, nieces, nephews, neighbours and her many dear friends.
Esther will repose on Monday 21st from 5.30pm concluding with prayers 7pm in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St, Longford, N39 KN66. Removal on Tuesday 22nd from her home (Farnagh Cottage) to arrive to St. Mel's Cathedral, Longford for Funeral Mass at 11am. Following Mass, Esther will be laid to rest in the family plot in Ballymacormack Cemetery.
