Dympna Shaughnessy (nee Carley)

Corbohill, Strokestown, Roscommon

Dympna Shaughnessy (nee Carley) died on Tuesday, 26th August peacefully at Portiuncla University Hospital, Ballinasloe, with her loving family by her side.

Dympna will be sadly missed by her beloved son Damien, her brother Johnny, sister May, sisters-in-law; Bridie, Mary & Evelyn, brothers-in-law; Tom & Brendan, adored nieces & nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Dympna is predeceased by her husband Micheál and her parents Michael & Margaret (Ciss).

Reposing at McHugh's Funeral Home, Strokestown, on Friday, August 29th from 5.30pm until 7.30pm, followed by Removal to St. Mary's Church, Carniska, to arrive for 8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday, August 30th, at 11am. Burial afterwards in Lissonuffy Cemetery.
