Desmond Gibbons died on Saturday, November 29th, 2025; (Suddenly), at his home.
Beloved son of the late Gerald and Pauline.
He will be very sadly missed by his sisters and brothers – Mary, Josephine, Eileen, Seamus, Gerry, Pauline and Michael, his close friends Aidan, Brendan and Darragh, his god-daughter Codie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many good friends.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Wednesday evening from 4.30 o’c until 6.30 o’c. Removal from his home on Thursday morning at 11.40 o’c arriving at St Mary’s Church, Ballagh (F42 X432) for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 o’c. Burial afterwards in Kilgefin Cemetery.
