Catherine (Kathleen) Dervan (née Devine) passed away peacefully on Friday, 28th November 2025, in the wonderful care of the nurses, carers and staff of Nightingale Nursing Home, Ahascragh, where she had resided for the past number of years.
Predeceased by her husband, John; and sister, Maureen.
Deeply loved and will be forever missed by her daughter, Susan; sons, Martin, Noel and Peter; son-in-law, Pat; daughters-in-law, Mary, Caroline and Ann; and grandchildren, Andrea, Eleanor, Colman, Lucy, Cathy, Cian, Michael, Jack and Katelyn.
She is survived by her sisters, Nancy and Margaret; brother, Joe; brothers-in-law, Sean Cooke, Joe Beattie and Ned Dervan; sisters-in-law, Ber and Trish Dervan; nieces, nephews, and all extended family members.

May Kathleen's gentle Soul Rest in Peace
Kathleen will return to her daughter’s residence on Saturday evening. Reposing in Moran’s Funeral Home, Ballygar (F42 K443), on Sunday 30th from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Monday from her daughter’s residence to St. Mary’s Church, Ballygar, for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
