Bernard Martin died Saturday, December 2nd 2023 peacefully, in the care of the staff, at Sligo University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Bridie and his infant daughter Mary, his parents; Michael and Maureen and his brothers; John (Brother Fidelis) and Hugh.
Bernard is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son Damien, daughters; Mairead, Lorraine and Lisa, Damien’s partner Sinead, son-in-law Cianan, grandchildren; Oran, Fionn and Sally, brothers; Charlie, Peter and James, sister Mary, sister-in-law Pauline, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May Bernard’s Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.
Bernard will repose at Mahon’s Funeral Home, Boyle, on Tuesday (December 5th) from 5pm until 8pm. Removal from his home on Wednesday morning to St. Joseph’s Church, Boyle for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am with burial afterwards in Assylinn Cemetery.
Funeral Mass will be live-streamed and can be accessed on www.boyleparish.ie
