Anne Jordan née Breheny passed away peacefully at Mayo University Hospital.
Pre-deceased by her parents Padraic and Bridget, her sister Mary, and brother-in-law Michael.
Deeply missed by her husband Anthony, son Paul, sisters Christina and Pauline, brother Pat, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Leonard's Funeral Home, Lahardane (F26 CV60) on Saturday, June 13th, from 6 until 8pm.
Requiem Mass on Sunday, June 14th at 1.30pm in St. Patrick’s Church, Lahardane, followed by burial in Addergoole Cemetery.
