Venue change wont stop Michael Glavey’s

A change of venue will change nothing with Michael Glavey’s all set for their re-arranged All-Ireland intermediate semi-final says Captain Conor Hussey.

Michael Glavey’s tie with Wexford champions Kilanerin was called-off last Sunday morning due a water logged pitched in O’Connor Park, Tullamore after heavy overnight rain.

“Not one bit” declared Hussey on how the change of venue from Tullamore to St.Loman’s GAA Grounds in Mullingar would change game tactics.

“I think Mullingar might be marginally closer to us than Tullamore, but it won’t change our tactics one bit” explained Hussey.

“I just hope there is plenty of room for the Glavey’s supporters on Saturday, I wouldn’t might which stadium we play in once we get a win” added Hussey.

The All-Ireland intermediate semi-final between Michael Glavey’s and Kilanerin will be live on Shannonside FM on Saturday Sport from 2pm with coverage brought to you by John Gill Auctioneer and valuer, Ballinlough, County Roscommon.
