McStay see’s red as Roscommon Dream Ends

Roscommon 0-13

Donegal 0-20

Roscomon’s All-Ireland championship dream came to an end after Donegal inflicted a straight forward seven point victory in Dr. Hyde Park.

Donegal had far too much for Roscommon as Kevin McStay was sent to the stand after an altercation with the linesman.

Some reports suggest that McStay hit the linesman with a ball, just before half-time. However action recorded on Sky Sports shows McStay with his hands on the linesman.

This was following a foul on Diarmuid Murtagh.

McStay did not return to the bench for the second half.
