Seven people are being questioned by Gardai after a series of drugs seizures in Dublin and Limerick.
The hauls, worth around 4 million euro, were discovered at four separate locations.
At around ten past seven yesterday evening gardai intercepted the handover of cocaine at a car park in Liffey Valley in Dublin.
The value of the haul is estimated to be 2.8 million euro. In a follow up search at a property in County Meath, 50,000 euro in cash was seized.
Three men a woman, all in their 40s, were arrested.
Separately 800 thousand euro worth of cannabis was seized after a van was stopped on the N7 in Rathcoole.
One man in his 40s was arrested as part of that investigation.
In Finglas, a man in his twenties was detained after the seizure of 200,000 euro worth of cannabis at a house in the Northside suburb.
Meanwhile in Limerick a man in his late twenties was arrested after 70,000 euro worth of cocaine and 10,000 euro in cash was discovered at a house in the Castleconnell area.
