The number of cars seized, or alcohol taken away by Revenue officials was low in the last 18 months

Revenue Officials made just a handful of seizures of vehicles last year for breaches of vehicle registration tax offences.

According to details released to Shannonside FM, fewer than 10 vehicles were seized in Longford, Leitrim or Roscommon by revenue officials in 2020 for VRT.
