Businessman Sean Quinn has expressed his frustration at being asked to comment on a brutal assault on a director of Quinn Industrial Holdings.
A cross border investigation has been launched following the abduction and serious assault of Kevin Lunney on Tuesday evening.
The 50-year-old was found on the side of the road in Cavan on Tuesday night, with serious facial injuries and a broken leg.
His injuries are said to be life changing, but not life threatening.
