Ten homes in Roscommon, sold as entire lot, secured the top of any domestic property sold in the Shannonside region last month.
The homes in Ballaghaderreen did not reach full price, but were still sold for a total of over €915,000.
In total, 102 homes were sold last month according to the Property Price Register, with Roscommon accounting for 34 of the sales, 23 in Longford and 25 in Leitrim.
Roscommon accounted for both the cheapest and most expensive home sold last month, according to the November figures, with a home in Kanespark in Frenchpark selling for just €18,000.
A group of ten homes – Nos 17-20, 31-33, 37-38 and 41 Riveroaks in Kilcolman, Ballaghaderreen – sold collectively for €915,365, but the price is not VAT inclusive.
In Longford, the most expensive home that went under the hammer last month was a house in Ardgillan, Edgeworthstown, which reached a full price of €185,000.
The cheapest home sold in the county during November was for a property in Cornakelly, Moyne, which was sold for €50,000, at full price and with VAT paid.
Of the 25 sales in Leitrim, a home in Castle Street in Manorhamilton was at the bottom of the market, selling for €25,000; in contract, the top price paid in the county last month for a domestic property was €149,000 for a home at Glendara, Dromod.
