Roscommon’s Solstice Choir to raise money for Rescue 116 search efforts

Roscommon’s Solstice Choir is playing its part in supporting the ongoing search for missing members of Rescue 116.

The choir is travelling to Blackrock today to lay a wreath at the pier – after which they will perform a concert in Halla Naoimh Bhreandáin Eachléim, (Saint Brendan’s Hall, Aughleam), on the Mullet Peninsula.

Donations helping to cover the costs of the search efforts of emergency services, groups and volunteers from across the country – and with over 150 meals a day, it’s now running at over 10,000 euro.
