Rooskey man added to Fine Gael’s ticket in Boyle electoral area

Fine Gael local area representative Andrew Reynolds has been added to the party ticket to contest May’s local elections.

The Rooskey man confirmed this afternoon that he will be a candidate in the Boyle electoral area.

He failed to secure a nomination at the selection convention which was held in January when Fine Gael decided only two candidates should be chosen.

However Mr Reynolds’ name has now been added and he’ll join Councillor Liam Callaghan and former Boyle town councillor Keith Suffin running for Fine Gael.
