A resident of a well known housing estate in Ballaghaderreen claims that anti-social behaviour remains an ongoing issue.
Conor Ryan says that people living in Shannon Valley are caught in the middle between the council and the developer.
There were initially 58 houses on the estate but after many were left unfinished several were demolished under a government scheme in 2014.
Of the 38 houses remaining, half are unoccupied and residents are still experiencing problems with anti-social behaviour.
Conor who has lived on the estate for 13 years, says he’s been told his house is valued at just €65,000 despite the fact he paid €145,000 when he bought it.
