Regeneration of former Royal Hotel in Boyle to begin in January

The people of Boyle can expect to see work commence of one of the towns largest regeneration projects early in the new year.

Work on the transformation of the former Royal Hotel will see original features such as arched walls retained, but the building redeveloped for a new Enterprise Centre, exhibition space, information point and coffee dock.

Consultants and contractors are in place with work to begin in January.

Chairperson of the town team, Brian Nerney says the redevelopment will also include key external features.
