Gardaí seized three vehicles in Castlerea at the weekend.
Some of the vehicles had no insurance, Tax nor NCT.
Fixed-charge penalty notices were also issued for a number of offences, including defective tyres and a false driving licence that was produced.
Meanwhile, it’s also been reported that a novice driver was caught driving at 97km an hour in a 50km speed zone in Longford at the weekend.
