Dail should be suspended to debate home help crisis – Naughten

There are calls for the Health Minister to directly intervene in the latest row over HSE care plans.

With six-thousand families already waiting for home help – Independent Roscommon Galway Deputy Denis Naughten claims officials have been told to block new applications until November to cut costs.

He’s calling for the Dáil to suspend business tomorrow, to urgently debate what he claims is a ‘penny wise – pound foolish’ policy.
