A meeting is being held in the Hodson Bay hotel outside Athlone on next Monday night to outline concerns about the new National Planning Framework.
The gathering has been organised by a new Dail grouping that’s made up of Roscommon Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice, Fianna Fail’s Eamon O’ Cuiv, Labour Deputy Alan Kelly, and Sinn Fein’s Eoin O’ Broin.

The National Planning Framework is due to be published in the coming weeks and Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice says people should be aware of what is being proposed.
He says anyone interested in the future of this region is welcome to attend and hear some in-depth analysis of what’s being suggested…
