A South African woman living in Longford is hopeful that she might find a suitable premises in order to expand her business
Jeanette Byrne, who runs UncleBok, produces dried beef strips similar to beef jerky and other South African inspired beef products.
The entrepreneur, who lives in Ballinalee, has been hand making her own products since the business started in 2013.
The company only uses Irish beef which is sourced locally and supplies butchers and food stores around the country.
While the main customers are South Africans, Caribbeans and Brazilians, a growing number of Irish people are now buying the meat products.
Jeanette is currently considering expanding the business, and is hopeful of employing some local people
