Longford business woman urging female entrepreneurs to apply for Acorn 5

A successful Longford business women is urging female entrepreneurs to apply for a programme that aims to support 50 new female-led start-ups.

Acorn 5 is open for new and developing businesses located in rural areas, which aims to assist women through peer support and collaborative learning.

Ann O’Reilly, from Drumcliffe, runs fashion business Zobi and hopes more women will apply before the September 20th deadline.

She previously participated in the programme and believes her business has benefited hugely from the advice she received.
