Campaign to make potatoes more attractive to young people

Millennials are being urged to eat more potatoes – and post photos of their dinner on social media.

Bord Bia has found that among 23 to 37 year olds, 2 in 10 aren’t buying a bag of spuds in their weekly shop.

It’s now planning to spend a million euro on a campaign highlighting the health benefits of potatoes – and a range of recipes they can be used in.
