Ballymahon Traders association welcomes new gas pipe line into the town

The P.R.O of Ballymahon Traders association has welcomed the new gas pipe line that will soon come to the town.

A survey undertaken by the Traders association has showed positive interest in the pipeline.

Work on the pipeline will begin next week and is due to take eight to ten weeks, with gas available to residents and business early next year.

When work on the pipeline is completed Longford county council will begin a refurbishment of the street scape of the town.

P.R.O of Ballymahon Traders association, Jakie White told Shannonside that the pipe line will be a great boost for the town.
