Three people on site when two fires started at Rooskey hotel

Gardai are appealing for witnesses after two fires broke out at the Shannon Key West Hotel in Rooskey last night

Gardaí are investigating after two small fires broke out on the first floor of hotel shortly after 9:15 last night.

The blazes were brought under control by onsight security personnel and no serious damage was caused.

Last month there was a suspected arson attack at the hotel.

Superintendent Kevin English says there were three members of staff in the building at the time.
