A large retail unit in Carrick-on-Shannon could sell for as little as €70,000 at an Allsop auction next month.
It’s among 11 properties in the Shannonside region that will go under the hammer in the online sale on April 5th.
A total of four lots in Leitrim are included in Allsop’s catalogue.
Three of them are in Carrick-on-Shannon, including Unit 4 in Carrick Retail Park, Cortober, a commercial premises of 1,700 square feet, with a reserve range of between €70,000 and €80,000.
Two other retails units in the town will also go under the hammer – one in the Courtyard on Main Street, with a reserve of €25,000 to €35,000, and another in Bridge Lane, with a reserve of €35,000 to €45,000.
One of the three properties up for grabs in Longford is the property currently occupied by Bruce Betting in Earl Street, Longford town, which has a reserve of between €230,000 and €240,000.
A one-bedroom apartment in Sli na Mona, Mostrim Road, Ballymahon, could sell for as little as €25,000.
A four-bedroom bungalow at Demesne, Battery Road, Longford town, has a reserve of between €90,000 and €100,000.
Four properties in Roscommon will feature in the auction – the cheapest being a retail unit and apartment at The Square, Ballaghaderreen, with a reserve of between only €13,000 and €17,000.
