ISPCA calls for public to report incidents of dogs’ tails being docked

The ISPCA is urging the public to report any cases of dogs’ tails being docked.

The centre in Kenagh is treating six Jack Russel puppies, whose tails were cut, after a call from a concerned resident in county Leitrim.

Tail docking was made illegal through legislation in 2013.
