University Hospital Galway is the second worst affected around the country, with fifty people waiting for a bed.
According to figures from the INMO, Cork University Hospital is the worst affected facility, with a total 56 people waiting for beds.
Elsewhere, twenty one people are waiting at Mullingar Hospital with nineteen in Sligo and ten in Cavan General Hospital.
Portiuncula Hospital has one of the lowest figures in the region, with just four people on trolleys, while five people are waiting in Tullamore.
