Ireland Midland West MEP Maria Walsh says people who have Covid need to take their time when recovering from the virus.
The former Rose of Tralee winner is still feeling the after-effects of contracting the virus in October of last year.
She has described extreme fatigue, muscle soreness, headaches and other symptoms associated with "long Covid"

The Mayo native old the Joe Finegan show that even people who are now virus-free are contracting the disease can suffer long term effects,
She says everyone is different but is urging not feeling well after contracting the virus to be especially mindful of their health
