Roscommon had the highest amount of work permits issued in the region last year with 138. Longford was close behind with 120 permits issued whilst Leitrim had the lowest in 2023 with 54.

According to figures released by the CSO, Roscommon saw the highest amount of homes sold last year in the region with 944.
