Irish drivers wont need ‘green card’ to drive in UK in case of no-deal Brexit

Irish drivers won’t need a green card to drive in the UK in the event of a no-deal Brexit.

The UK Department of Transport has confirmed that Irish discs will be accepted as proof of insurance.

But motorists from the North will not be covered to drive in the EU.

The deadline to agree a Brexit deal is now less than 69 days away.
