The Disclosures Tribunal has said claims Gardaí maliciously interfered with the family life of Keith Harrison and his partner are without validity.
Mr Justice Peter Charleton dismissed the allegations.
Keith Harrison and his partner Marisa Simms had said senior gardaí in Donegal had interfered in his family life by involving social services, and claimed they’d made up allegations about him.
The tribunal heard their allegations simply collapsed during the hearings.
Peter Charleton said the Gardai and Tusla had done nothing wrong and praised their conduct.
The Justice Minister has welcomed the finding and thanked the Tribunal for its continuing work.
