A new report from the Higher Education Authority shows that almost half, of the 14 around the country, are having money problems – they are Tralee, Galway/Mayo, Waterford, Dundalk and Cork.

There are also serious concerns over risks facing Athlone Institute of Technology, Limerick and Tallaght and DIT due to current or projected deficits or limited financial reserves.
