Tuesday, 9th July 2024, unexpectedly but peacefully at the African Missions, Blackrock Road, Cork.

Predeceased by his parents Packie and Winnie [née Egan], his brothers; Frank, Donal and Padraig.

Deeply regretted by his sisters; Mary Ann Gahan, Betty Wordingham, Una Conry and his brother Johnny. Sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, other relatives, friends. The people of the Archdiocese of Benin City and the Diocese of Issele-Uku, Nigeria, the Diocese of Elphin, Ireland, and his confreres in the Society of African Missions.

Reposing at the African Missions House, Blackrock Road, Cork on Thursday, 11 July, from 5pm to 7pm, with Rosary at 7pm.

Removal at 11am to St Joseph’s SMA Church, Wilton, Cork, T12 E436, on Friday, 12 July, for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in the community cemetery.
