Returned to God on the 16th September 2023, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Ellie McKiernan,

Always cherished by his beloved wife Mary, much loved father to Dara, Bláithín, Colm, Aidan and Míchéal, son-in-law Gordon, daughters-in-law Helene, Claire, Grace and Lorraine.  Loving grandfather to Kate, Craig, Tadhg, Leah, Orla, David, Oonagh, Mathew, Patrick, Gemma, Susie, Jane, Leah, Maidhcí, Mika, Alice and Noa, sisters Maura and Sue, brothers Tom-Joe, Liam and Sean, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at his home (N41 XV88) on Sunday 17th September, from 2-6pm, parking only at Kiltubrid GAA pitch (N41 TV79) with shuttles running to the house and on Monday 18th September from 3-5pm - followed by removal afterwards at 7pm , to St. Brigid;'s Church, Drumcong.  Funeral Mass on Tuesday 19th September at 11am followed by burial afterwards in Drumcong New Cemetery.
