Sunday, 19th November (peacefully) in his 95th year, in Sligo University Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Pre-deceased by his wife Mary, brothers; Jim, Gus and Liam, sisters; Gertie, Eileen, Angela and Kitsy.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, daughters; Mary, Imelda, Anne, Loretta and Helen, son Mel, sons-in-law; Liam and Philip, daughter-in-law Caroline, grandchildren; Martina, Clodagh, Annie, Maeve, Evlin, Rory and Kevin, great grandchildren; Ethan and Freya, sister Emily Corcoran (Sligo), brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many good friends
Mel will repose at The Heritage Centre, Chapel of Rest, Church Lane, Carrick-on-Shannon (N41 KP62) on Wednesday from 5pm until 7pm.
Removal to St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon on Thursday morning arriving for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 o’clock, followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carrick-on-Shannon.
