Margaret Morahan (nee Kelly) died on Tuesday, 28th March 2023 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family. In the tender care of the nurses and staff at Abbey Haven Nursing home, Boyle.
Recently deceased by her beloved husband John. Pre-deceased by her parents Ellen and Stephen, brothers; Stephen and Michael, daughter-in-law Mags. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving sons; Michael (Leitrim Village), John (Gweedore), Martin (Ballyconnell), Dermot (Mullingar), daughters; Mary (U.K) and Eleanor (Belfast), daughters-in-law; Orla, Sinéad and Jola, sons-in-law; John and Michael, grandchildren Dara, Niall, Niamh, Kiara, Aideen, Sean, Cormac, Mary Kate, Monica, James, Kamil, Kealan, Aaron and Dylan great-grandchildren; Hugo and Devan, sisters Annette Guilfoyle (Athlone) and Eileen Harrington (Roscommon), sister-in-law Mary Kelly, nieces, nephews,relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her residence on Thursday from 4 o’clock until 8 o’clock with removal to St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon on Friday morning at 11.15 o’clock arriving for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 o’clock with funeral afterwards to Ardcarne Cemetery.
