Josephine (Josie) Lohan (née Mullooly) passed away on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022, in her 98th year. Peacefully at her residence in the loving care of her family.

Josephine (Josie), wife of the late Michael. Predeceased by her sisters Mae, Eva, Bridie and Kathleen.

Much loved mother of Michéal, Padraig (Bray), James, Mary, and Francis (Mountbellew). Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Mary, Joanne and Eileen, grandchildren Stephen, Sharon, Daire, Shane, Caoimhe, Cian, Oisín, Tiarnan and Patrick, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends, R.I.P.

Reposing at Moran’s Funeral Home, Ballygar on Friday evening from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock. Removal from her residence on Saturday morning to St. Mary’s Church, Ballygar for Funeral Mass at 11.30 o’clock. The adjoining cemetery is where burial will take place.  Family flowers only please. Funeral Mass can be viewed on or on Funeral mass also on local radio on 106.5 F.M. radio.
