Cora O’ Donohoe (nee Gleeson) died on Monday, 25th November 2024. Peacefully in her 98th year in the wonderful care of the staff of Retreat Nursing Home.
Predeceased by her husband Frank, parents Edward and Cecelia, brothers and sisters Mary, Michael, Clare, Ann and Eamon.
Much loved mother of Andy, Mary (Fox), Sheila, Catherine (Claffey), Frances (Dowling), Bríd (Gilmore), and Eamon; daughter in law Mary, sons in law, Rioch, Sean, Pat and Niall, grandchildren Susan, Paul, Bryan, Paul, Michelle, Maria, Niall, Claire, Emer, Tom, Orla and Patrick; sister in law Kathleen, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Remains reposing at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Drumraney on Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm. Mass of the resurrection on Thursday at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St. Hilda’s Athlone.
