Roscommon made it two wins from two in the FBD League with a twelve point victory over Sligo in Kiltoom.
Goals were the story of the first half with Roscommon finding the net on three occasions to lead at half-time 3-8 to eight points.
The goals coming courtesy of a brace from Cian McKeon and one from Diarmuid Murtagh. McKeon’s opening goal coming after just three minutes.
Eight minutes later McKeon had his second of the evening to give Kevin McStay’s side a five point lead, 2-2 to 0-3.
Diarmuid Murtaghs 31st minute goal opened up an eight point lead with a Ciaran Murtagh point giving Roscommon a three goal half-time lead.
Roscommon put the ball between the bar 11 times in the second half with Sligo responding just twice.
Adrian Marren and Kyle Cawley both scored injury goals for Sligo as Roscommon won out by 12 points.

Roscommon will take on Mayo next Sunday. The All-Ireland runners-up drew with Leitrim this evening.
