Roscommon on the lookout for a new hurling manager

The Roscommon Senior Hurling team are in search of a new manager after Johnny Kelly has stepped  as manager today due to work and family commitments.

They competed in the Christy Ring Cup last season and Roscommon hurling P.R.O Robert McConn has been speaking to Shannonside Sport’s Kevin McDermott about the news and the future of the Roscommon senior hurling team.

He says that the Galway man brought with him a wealth of experience to the role and developed many players and was unlucky with things happened over the season. Robert also looked ahead to the County final between Four Roads and Padraig Pearses on Sunday week.
