The Taoiseach says if people are serious about resolving the crisis at Bus Éireann, then the company and unions need to sit down and talk.
Transport Minister Shane Ross is under fire for not being actively involved in resolving the situation – he’ll face questions at the Transport Committee later today.
Bus Éireann says it needs to cut costs or the company will be insolvent and all 2,600 jobs will be lost – but unions are threatening strike action over the company’s plans to cut wages.
