It was confirmed this week that preliminary building work on the new €5-million, 16-classroom school is to begin in May, and is expected to take up to 90 weeks to complete
The school currently caters for over 390 pupils from the Coosan catchment area and the new school will provide a GP room for the first time for students to exercise indoors.
