A 42-year-old man is due to appear back in court at Harristown this morning on charges relating to an assault in Boyle on Monday.
The incident happened at the Erris Bay estate in the early hours of Monday morning and another man in his forties was critically injured.
It’s understood there’s been little change in his condition over the past few days.

Arturas Sakurskis appeared at Roscommon court last Tuesday on charges relating to the assault and he was remanded in custody to Castlerea prison.
